At Last !!, well worth the wait. Main problem - which to order first!. Loads of food for thought and inspiration. if I am not careful, my dress shop will end up more like a Perfumier's. I love the glass items too.
Which brochure to send for next? - they are a joy to recieve and a pleasure to read and re-read, I always seem to find something I missed previously.
Thank you for making them so much fun and most of all - keeping the magic alive!!.
Kind regards and all good wishes for your good health.
Josephine.

Hi Sue

I have just received my Crabtree and Evelyn brochure, and I have to tell you it's absolutely fabulous and most definitely worth the wait. You truly are an inspiration!! I am now going to make a cup of tea, and spend the next few hours 'planning' my bedroom's and bathroom's in my current Georgian Mansion (I've now been building and decorating it for 5 years and I'm no where near finished! -keeps me out of mischief!) .....photo's to follow. Thank you again, and I'll be in touch soon with my order. Keep up the excellent, mind blowing and no doubt, exhausting work. You are a star!!

Love Mandie x

I am new to the hobby of dolls houses, my husband built one for me which is now decorated and I have bought a couple at car boots to renovate. The one I would like to do is going to be bridal because my freinds mum passed away before christmas and her dad asked if i would like her collection of doll house books. He brought a small collection for me and in the bundle is a pullout for bridal gowns which I would love to try and make and call the shop after her IF I can do it. So thankyou and I will let you know how I get on.

Having been given the courage to chat with you like this as the result of your wonderfully sympathetic and supportive email, I would like to thank you for your time and for your web site which must have the same effect on thousands of other visitors. I give thanks for the day I found it. I have rarely felt inspired by much I find on the web. I browse yours for ages at a time and show it off to all who will spare a moment to take a look. I can't wait for the Venetian Rhapsody book to be available as that mask totally captured me. After all, we can all dream! Your site provides the support and inspiration to make some of our dreams nearer to being realised.

Thank you again.

I have ordered your brochures and look forward to reading them - thank you again for your help.

Sue's gowns are what fairytales are made of.
Her work is EXQUISITE and this web site is sooooo WONDERFUL to visit and lose yourself in for a while.
Its REALLY FANTASTIC to know that even more miniature wonders are in the pipeline and about to bloom.
The miniature world is certainly in my view a more magical place with Sue's talent and her kindness in sharing that with us.

Wishing you health and love Sue,

Many Many Thanks,

Sue, I don't know what I would do without you; you've helped me out on so many occasions and you don't seem to mind how much effort you put in for your customers. The wishing well scheme is such a help too, enabling people like me, on a tight budget, to afford those extra special items. I can only wish that more "dolls house type" mail order companies would operate such an excellent scheme.

I think you are the greatest treasure that I have ever found.

I have spent two glorious evenings studying your magical website. Now I know why I bought this computer which one day I may be able to use properly! What a very talented lady you are - and from reading your blog, a person worth knowing. I'm so sorry to hear that you've been so poorly, but with so many friends all wishing you well it can't be too long until you are well and strong again. I am about to send for the three brochures and the Wedding book. A whole new world has opened up to me! I hope this is the beginning of a long and happy association with the lady in the Enchanted Cottage.

Hi Sue, just wanted to say thanks for sending the books and the little extra gift of labels etc that was kind of you. There is such a lot to look at in your books that I feel like a child with wonder in my eyes looking at all the goodies on offer.

I was so sorry to hear that your heart trouble is causing you problems is it something that can be cured or will it just get worse?

You are such a talented lady and I am sure this illness must slow you down as although you probably have loads of orders you find it difficult to always fulfil them quickly as you feel tired and exhausted.

I have only just started my wedding shop which you gave me inspiration for on looking at your website. I don't mind waiting for the wig or the shoe stand as I know when I do receive it a great deal of love and care will have gone into it. I was interested to see about your own daughters wedding and mine has just announced she is getting married on the 2nd September 2010.

In the meantime, have a lovely Christmas and a very happy healthy and prosperous New Year.
Kindest Regards,

Lynn Webb

Hi Sue,
My name is Debbie and I live in Australia. I found your site a couple of months ago and have found it just beautiful and wonderful. I just keep coming back to go through and see if there is anything new. I bought your dollhouse wedding book and some brochures and have found them just wonderful. I love to read them in bed when things are quiet and I always find something new in them. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. You are a very talented lady. I just cant believe the amount of items you sell and make. I now understand why you are always so busy.

I was very sad to hear about your health problems. I hope all is going well.
Best wishes Luv Deb

Hi Sue

Sadly the clinic I work in is to help fix hearts that have been broken because of cruelty and abuse.I wish I could fix your poor heart - it sounds like it's tired out because you use it so much. When I am working with people who have physical illness, I often ask them to talk to the ill part of their body and ask what message it has for them. Maybe your heart is trying to tell you something about loving and caring for YOU as much as you love and care for everyone else? Take care Sue - you're a national treasure.

Kind Regards
Mairead

I purchased your book and pamphlets when they were first published and was overawed by the imagination, skill and love that shone out of them. I have recently been connected to broadband and been given a laptop by my son (bless him!) and found your website. What an inspiration! I have seven dolls houses and one to build but had fallen out of love with them a bit. Your website has given me ideas for the one to be built and you WILL be hearing from me soon.

Sorry to hear you have been ill, I hope your condition is manageable and that you continue to give us all hope that we can produce half as much as you seem to! Inspirational words help so much and make your website unique - I have just looked at the clock and have been on here for three hours now.

I love anything to do with weddings as well. I searched so long to find a miniature book about weddings and was so happy to find yours. I am also an avid fan of Beatrice Potter. In fact I still have the little books my mother gave me as a child. When i found your site it felt like Christmas morning to me. I hope there will be a bigger variety of dolls in the future?! I for one will be happy to purchase more of this top quality. It makes such a differance to the dolls.

Hi Sue, Just a quick word about weddings. Hope your daughter's was a real joy,and if it has not taken place yet,I am sure it will be when it does.On another note about weddings, could you give me an idea when "The Tussie Mussie" and the "Fantasy Bridal Parade" are going to be published and on sale please? Iam looking forward to them very much, and expect they will be as pleasing and enchanting as everything else you publish.I am looking forward,as many more of your online readers must be,to the pictures of your daughter's wedding appearing on your web pages. If your full size dresses are anything like your miniature versions, wow they will be fantastic!!!
All the best, Regards, Pam.

Sue - you may be surprised that I have popped up on this site, but I have just spent the whole morning on your wonderfully easy to navigate web site and like everyone else, I'm (nearly) lost for words at your accomplishments. I came to it to look at the Crabtree and Evelyn range and fell in love with the entiire display - many congratulations at what you have acheived. As you know I have just received Hollywood Panache and couldn't be more delighted. She lights up the room box and makes me happy just to look at her. Every thing you offer is desirable but I have to say I loved Victoria from your Period Bridal section !
Thank you again for making her for me -( Hollywood Panache that is).
